Complementing the open room is a three-season screened deck with a comfortable sitting area, and an outdoor dining area complete with an electric grill, another ideal space for entertaining and gathering.

The kitchen is well equipped with an icemaker, air-fryer, multi-function one pot, waffle maker, blender, juicer, and coffee makers including a French press. It offers plenty of silverware and tableware to make sure you have enough options for your gatherings. For those who want to spice up cooking preparation, there is also a herb garden out front to use.

A spacious first-floor master offers a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a whirlpool tub and a separate stand-shower.

Heading upstairs, the floor has a second en-suite master bedroom, and two additional bedrooms sharing a spacious jack-and-jill bathroom. There are two sets of bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. At the top of the stairs is also a bright loft area ideal for a home office or simply a quiet zone area. There is good Wi-fi connectivity all around the house for your convenience too. Rooms are equipped with smart TVs and/or DVD player.

It is situated in a lovely community, within walking distance to both Bethany beach and the boardwalk with its shops and restaurants. Even closer to the house are some elegant restaurants including pizza and ice cream shops. The summer shuttle to the beach runs in the area and even stops close to the house on the way back from the beach, but do not be surprised to see beachgoers of all ages walking or cycling past.

Owners have provided a lot of extras for your outdoor enjoyment as well. In the covered garage, you will find a ventilated play area with 3 bicycles and a Razor scooter, (plus helmets!), games (Bocce, Hula-hoops, sandcastle kits), a picnic table, and benches, 6 beach chairs, sun umbrellas plus a beach cart. Simply leave all equipment back in its its appointed space after use.

After a relaxing day by the beach, you can rinse off at the hot/cold outdoor shower and sink, with convenient drying racks.

Two residential parking permits are included, to be returned after your stay.
